Guys tend to focus our efforts to build a bigger, tougher looking arm on the biceps. But actually women understand this one better than we do men. Most of the muscle in that region of the arm is in the tricep not the biceps. So if you want bigger arms push those behind muscles (not your butt).
We’re giving you three exercises this week you can do anywhere. We suggest three sets of 10 or start with a set of eight, then do a set of 10 and work your way up to 12. (each exercise)
One of the best exercises I do for my triceps is actually swimming. I’ve found that swimming with a floaty between my legs for 30 laps works my biceps. But when I use a floaty between the legs and paddles on my hands my triceps kick into action.
