Struggle To Change
Sponsored by CrisDental Eugene
Change is tough.
I think a lot of people in this country are learning that.
On November 5th a majority of the people in this country said “No More.”
No more what?
No more bullying, no more canceling, no more belittling people who see the world differently and no more using our government to silence its people. (there are more)
It’s hard when a group has basically controlled the conversation for more than 30 years.
They don’t understand and in some ways I get that.
I see some of my more liberal leaning friends really struggling with the new administration, the new attitude of people tired of being silenced and the new voices raising up against ideologies and trends many of us didn’t agree with but some kept quiet about to keep the peace.
To Hell with that. No more.
The silent majority found its voice on November 5th and since that day have seen so many hopeful and positive changes starting to happen it’s giving rise to even more bravery and pushback.
When you keep a group of people at bay by bullying and canceling you have a power over them that gives you the upper hand. But when you lose that, which you did November 5th, all Hell breaks loose, scales tip, pendulums swing the other direction and that creates an instability in the ruling class that makes way for revival.
So I get that you don’t understand why the MAJORITY of American’s feel hopeful for the future. I understand this loss is not easy because your virtue is tarnished and not as shiny as you thought.
We can come together and work together but under a new set of rules.
No more trying to belittle the mass’. No more acting as though you own the truth and your way is the high way and the only way.
It’s gonna take some time before we trust you. The old saying “Take an inch they’ll take a mile” resonates in our heads so we’ll be vigilant and have watchmen on every corner of the castle.
You apparently don’t want to Make America Great Again, so I’m really not sure where we begin. Already the new administration is making great strides. I’m no therapist and can’t tell you how to get past your hate of what is or your fear of what may come but I can tell you the majority of Americans are ready to move forward and we won’t be weighted down by what was but instead will find out what can be.
So, let’s work together, follow the constitution and get going.
