The Darkness on the Other Side

Life Is A Mind Game

You would think after 65 plus years playing the game of life I’d be better at it. LOL

I am, I think, but either I’m a slow learning or I’m just not mastering the current lesson plan God has me working on.

I won’t get into details because it’s personal, it’s manageable and no one wants to sit and read that kind of shit.

Let downs are just part of life but when they come in waves it gets old, fast.

Let’s get to what I’m learning.

I’m a big believer in this world and a spiritual realm that lurks just below the surface.

The closer we are to the fire, the more authentic life we live, the more of a target we are for the scattered demons living on the other side of the current reality.

If we could actually see that realm I believe it would scare the shit out of us. These demons live in and around the lives of normal people but poke and prod at them whispering lies and hate to get them to do the dirty work.

What I remind myself, daily, sometimes hourly and on the bad days, by the minute is that one, this too shall pass but two, don’t allow your mind to get too wrapped up in what you see.

The hard thing to remember is while these people are choosing to listen to the lies, they have no clue what’s going on just beyond that dark curtain that separates the two worlds.

In the last couple of days I’ve heard a couple of stories from folks of people in Oregon trash talking me. I do not know these folks but they’re smearing my name and trying to put me out of business for my beliefs that don’t align with theirs.

It’s nothing new. Ever since coming out as a more conservative person in 2008 when I ran for Secretary of State in Oregon, the line was drawn.

It’s always a head scratcher to me when those who claim to be openminded, kind and caring of the world around them, that when you don’t agree with them they are the first people to shoot their fiery darts into your back where you can’t see them until the damage is done.

I’ve lived my life this way. I’ve mostly been outspoken, especially since leaving KEZI in 2008.

I get it, there’s a cost for sharing your beliefs and standing up for the truth but the part I can’t understand is the evil fangs that raise up out of seemingly normal people, over differences of opinion.

I guess in the game of life you keep your cards close and never take your eyes off the other players.

Okay, yeh, hit me, I’ll take one more card.
