Perhaps We're Not Listening?
If you take away politics, left, right, Conservative, Liberal, what is something we have in common where we can begin a conversation?
Do most of us agree our system is corrupt?
Do we realize that when you get down to the facts, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, when given the power, will find a way to corrupt the system….yes all of them?
And they have.
I just saw a list of those questioning RFK and how it correlates with how much money they received from big pharma, and it seems clear something is not right.
Do you agree with that?
Can we agree we don’t want people living in our country, who are here illegally and are known criminals?
Let’s not talk about the others right now, we’re trying to find things we agree on. Criminals should not be getting into our country?
Can we agree Trumps tariffs make us nervous? Some feel it’s a bad idea while others think it just might work. What if we try it and see what happens?
Okay, okay stop already. I can see your fingers already pecking away the keyboard.
Without blame or darts and arrows, can we agree inflation, no matter who caused it, is a problem and hurting a lot of families?
Do you think regulations play into that at all?
Do we believe all people are created equal and should have the opportunity to work hard to realize their dreams and nothing should stand in the way of that? We shouldn’t base our rules on skin color, race, sexual orientation, age or religion but instead those who work hard and strive, earn the rewards of their actions? Equal means equal.
Do we agree all of us need to focus more on kindness and less on being right? Because in the end we will be judged on the condition of our heart not how much we knew, how right we thought we were or who won the last argument.
