PaddleBoarding: A Core Workout You Won’t Believe!

If you haven’t tried Paddle Boarding you really need to give it a go. Kathy and I do a lot of balance work so getting up on the board is not that difficult for us. It’s a little tricky at first but once you get the feel of it you will be amazed. This is our second time Paddle Boarding. We tried it in Bend last week and this week rented a couple of boards at Mt Hood. They even bring them right to the lake (Trillium) and let you have the boards for the entire day.

The cool thing about a Paddle Board is they are wide enough you can put your folded lawn chairs and a cooler on the board and take it anywhere you want. The lake was packed so Kathy and I loaded up the boards, found a quiet little spot away from all the people, set up camp and had a great day on the lake.
