Let’s Talk Fairness

We should create a process where everyone has to pay but only those in certain clubs can participate?

We should create a system where most people are in the middle but the far right and left will determine who gets to be the final two candidates and those people will represent all those folks in the middle who can’t vote for them.

We should charge people for a process that they can’t participate in unless they become one of us.

We should have only candidates running for office who represent a small minority of people which will create so much frustration that the middle won’t vote and we’ll always win.

We should create a system that alienates most people so they will stop participating that way just a few of us can run the system.

Wait, we already have a system that covers all those points. It’s called the Primary in Oregon.

Not sure I get your point. I do believe the Republican party has lost it’s ideals and is run by the fanatical right. I think the democratic party has basically remained the same-fragmented, but it’s core values are still there.

Bryan, are you a Democrat? A lot of Republican’s think the same thing about their party.

I have many friends in the “D” party and they say it’s the same thing. It’s all perspective and if you don’t agree that’s fine.
