  • Wow, this was powerful. I try to share my feelings, how I feel, and what I’m going through with family and friends, but it just doesn’t cut it. Listening to Rick’s videos, especially this one, it’s like hearing words from someone else who REALLY gets it. Someone else who is going through similar things and feelings. Thanks Rick, it helps me.

  • I concur! Before I was diagnosed I was so cavalier about my PSA numbers….well, they could be up because I had sex, because I had exercised, because I had a bruise from a fall, because the lab worker was sloppy……now I think about them with a level of specificity that they probably don’t deserve but the mind is a powerful engine so we just have to make sure we’re in the right gear!!!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Your All Awesome For Sharing Such A Masculine Area With Us All,Thank You So Much,Please Keep Us Posted On Progress For Each Of You Guys:-) God Bless<3

  • Nice post. Thanks for being transparent.

There’s something about that number (PSA)- once it became an issue in your life, it seems it always should be an issue. Hard to think otherwise, but possible.

    Best wishes on your journey.

Have you ever heard the song “Healer” by Hillsong?
God Bless you and your family~Peggy~

  • Today I had my first 3 month check-up after completion of my treatment. I sought treatment and specifically 4D calypso IMRT after I read about and watched your experience. My PSA drop was not as dramatic as your 1st check, but I am hopeful things are going in the right direction. You are a brave man and have been blessed with many gifts. Clearly the most beneficial to the male community is your ability to express so honestly and completely the vulnerability we (as men that have been afflicted with this disease) are feeling. As one spiritual man to another TITL… (Trust in the Lord), proverbs 3:5-6. The Good Lord lead me to find your story and he is doing wonderous things through you. Take Heart, you will be FINE! He has much more work for you to do on this earth… I wish you Peace!
