This is one gym where you can truly train to be an Olympic Weight Lifter and take a Tabata Class later in the day. Iron Works Gym…love Gene & John! If you can believe it, I used to work out with them…at least tried the Olympic weight lifting for a short time. It was a fabulous work out….and they are fabulous people. So glad you showcased them on here. Will have to check out that Tabata thing…!
