  • your a badass!

  • Well, besides God, you have literally THOUSANDS of other guys, just like you, that are on this journey (as Terry Herbert says) in “A Strange Place” going down a murky twisted pathway seemingly lined with unknown dangers. Once you arrive at the conclusion that you can beat this thing (as Bob Marckini so rightly puts it), the path will get brighter and straighter!

    Best wishes,

  • Rick,
Always remember the promise that the Lord will NEVER leave you or forsake you. Like you said, He is right there beside you seeing you through each and every step. Sure, cancer really sucks; however, God is always there and He will always be there, and He loves you so much… when you think you're problem is getting so big.. just remember that God is bigger than any problem that you can or cannot see…

I'm praying for you, my friend!!! Thanks for sharing your life on this blog!!

  • Rick – that's rough. I really hate the word, “Cancer”. There are times when we wish it wasn't us or another family member, but, it always seems to happen to someone else, until it really hits home.

I wish you luck, be strong and your faith will heal its wounds, its my belief that God knows what we feel and hear and all, as someone else said, God is always there, those words ring true as I think about it. Having faith in God's work and will makes us stronger and more secure the faith we have in him in our everyday lives.
