Doug’s Nuts are Great

I had the strangest meeting today. Actually it was a heck of a lot of fun.

The other day, while visiting Creswell Coffee shop, I discovered Doug’s Nuts.

The woman who gave me a bag of Doug’s Nuts said they were the best nuts she’d ever had and she’s right.

I wrote Doug a funny email about his nuts. I wanted his attention and I got it. Yes, it was littered with nut jokes from me, the nut job.

We met today to talk about cool ways to get his nuts on our TV show (RickDancerTV). You can never have too many nuts on TV, just look at the nightly news.

After talking with Doug and using every nut reference we could in a single conversation, I realize his nuts are only half the story. This guy has connections to some of the finest food products our area has to offer.

He’s not just another nut he’s a guy who has the balls to step out and try something new even if it means making a living off his nuts.

I can’t wait to tell you more about Doug’s Nuts.

I have a friend (David Owens) who makes underwear out of bamboo and they are super comfortable. He calls his line Copperhead Clothing. If we could get Dave’s undies connected to Doug’s Nuts we’d have quite the package deal.

  My kids read this (teens), and they “cracked” up. My daughter, a pretty conservative teen, was…a bit shocked. She said, “Mom, who wrote that? Who would write that?” You should have seen the look on her face when I said, “Rick Dancer.” She roared with laughter, actually shocked, cracked laughter. It was funnier then what you wrote, LOL.

  Yeah, it turns out that Rick, like many others, has become mighty fond of my package. Hence the slogan: “Grab Doug’s Nuts. He won’t mind”
