A Brush with God; Don Prechtel (click here if you dare)
I often hear people say the funniest thing to me. They want to know “Where I go to Church?” My answer is always “How can I go to what I am?” The other day, I was in Creswell, Oregon, shooting an interview with an artist named Don Prechtel. Don paints history, outlaws, renegades and men of valor. His work is amazing, his story inspiring. After spending nearly three hours talking, I discovered what “Doing Church” is all about. I entered his church (art studio) and found a new way to communicate with God. On this Sunday Morning, I share a few moments with you.

Don was a very young man when we discovered his talent. After meeting him and his family we deemed him a very good person as well as a wonderful up and coming artist.
Some 30+ years have past and Don has become; as we knew he would; a brilliant artist and a giver of life and love through his work.
